- Custom App Record Summarization Skill: Available since Zurich Patch 4, this feature allows you to generate AI-driven summaries for records in custom tables. You can configure it by specifying tables and providing contextual information to improve summary relevance. Summaries can be generated directly on records via an in-product Summarize button or through chat in the Now Assist panel.
- Expanded AI Model Provider Options: In addition to Now LLM Service and Azure OpenAI, the Zurich release adds Google Gemini (2.0 Flash and 2.5 Pro) and Anthropic Claude (AWS Claude 3.7 Sonnet) as AI model providers. This offers greater flexibility in selecting AI models to power Now Assist skills and agents.
- Updated Usage Measurement: Starting in Zurich Patch 5, usage measurement for Now Assist transitions from a 365-day look-back to a 365-day burn-down model, resetting at the contract anniversary date. This change provides clearer usage tracking aligned with contract periods.
Activation and Integration
