- Source-to-Pay integration with SAP ECC and SAP S4 HANA: Supports sending purchase orders, receipts, and invoices. Enables creation, updating, and cancellation of purchase orders, good receipts, and invoices.
- Source-to-Pay integration with Oracle EBS: Facilitates management of invoices, cost centers, product models, payment terms, and related financial and procurement entities. Supports creation, updating, and cancellation of purchase orders, good receipts, and invoices.
- Source-to-Pay integration with Coupa: Allows management of primary data loading, supplier management, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, receipts, invoices, and sourcing activities. Includes lookups for legal entities, currencies, and supply details.
- Source-to-Pay integration with SAP Ariba: Provides capabilities to manage invoices, cost centers, payment terms, purchasing organizations, departments, GL accounts, currencies, FX rates, invoice payment details, suppliers, and legal entities. Also supports creation of good receipts.
Important Upgrade Information
Due to a performance issue with the upgrade fix script, the sourcing fix script will no longer run automatically during upgrades. Administrators must manually execute this script as an on-demand job outside of business hours after completing the upgrade process to ensure system stability.

Customers must request installation via the ServiceNow Store to activate Source-to-Pay Operations integrations with third-party applications.
