    1. Create a JDBC DataStream action.
    2. Run it.

    Observe that the terminal attachment (small in size) is processed before non-terminal attachments (large in size). In the execution results, it shows less data.

    1. Upgrade to Australia.
    2. Run the loadsim performance test with background jobs enabled.
    3. Compare the results with Zurich.
