Like any business, we're under pressure to attract, engage and retain the best talent. We're facing widespread labour shortages and shared difficulties developing strong skills pipelines. We've automated and accelerated the recruiting and hiring process with tools like Approval Central, which makes approvals quick, easy and available wherever hiring managers are. When employees begin their ServiceNow journey, our orientation and onboarding processes kick in. These are highly orchestrated experiences designed for great first impressions and to simplify what are typically overwhelming moments in workers' lives. In fact, we've reduced the number of manual steps per new hire by 70%.

Once employees are fully onboarded, they benefit from a suite of solutions to engage, reward and help employees learn and grow. These include a unified hub for information and resources, citizen developer training programmes to build coding skills, a streamlined portal for learning with personalised recommendations and a place to give and receive widely visible recognition.

We've seen a 95% success rate from more than 1.7 million virtual agent conversations employees have had to address on-demand needs, while more than two-thirds (70%) of our employees use our learning platform every month. When employees are ready to move on, they experience an offboarding process as streamlined as onboarding and a welcoming alumni centre to stay in touch.
