Configure error budget actions when an SRM SLO is breached

  • Configure the actions the team can select when the error budget of a service level objective (SLO) is breached.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Service Operations Workspace > Configurations.
    2. Under Governance and autonomy, select Error budgets.
      Note:
      Performing either of these actions requires advanced ServiceNow expertise.

      For more detailed information on editing workflows or creating custom workflows, see Flow Designer.

    3. Select Configure incidents to edit the subflow for error budget actions.
    4. Select Configure emails to set the actions the team can select when the error budget of a service level objective (SLO) is breached.
