    • Turn on the flow summarization skill to generate a summary of what a flow or subflow does.

    Before you begin

    • Install the ServiceNow Otto for Creator application. See .
    • Role required: flow_designer or admin

    About this task

    Important:
    The Flow recommendations skill requires a separate subscription to ServiceNow Otto for Creator.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > AI Admin Hub > Skills.
    2. In the workflow list, select Creator.

    3. In the Flow summarization card, select Turn on.
    4. In the Flow summarization card, verify that the skill is active.
