O tempo de instalação de todos Windows o software é independente do fuso horário e é definido como meia-noite do dia em que foi instalado. Por exemplo, uma data de instalação de 2.19.2017 em Windows o registro aparece como 2.19.2017 00:00:00 em CMDB.
