Live Feed is a social IT application that provides a place to post and share content in a ServiceNow® instance.

Important:

Core UI is required to use Live Feed. Live Feed is not supported in Next Experience. If you turn on Next Experience, Live Feed will no longer work. See Next Experience UI for more information.

  Live Feed content forms a searchable knowledge source for sharing information within an organization.
