Legal Service Delivery release notes

The ServiceNow® Legal Service Delivery streamlines legal operations by automating request intake, managing legal matters and investigations, and enabling secure collaboration across departments. Legal Service Delivery was enhanced and updated in the Zurich release.

• Contract Management Pro for Legal Service Delivery release notes
  The ServiceNow Store Contract Management Pro for Legal Service Delivery application enables you to configure and automate the legal contract lifecycle by creating contract document templates, clauses, and clause variations. You can submit, review, finalize, and manage legal contract requests. The application also supports e-signatures and external storage systems. Contract Management Pro for Legal Service Delivery was enhanced and updated in the Zurich release.
• Legal Conflict of Interest release notes
  The ServiceNow® Legal Conflict of Interest enables you to manage the disclosure, approval, and registry of conflict of interest that might arise from employees having competing interests or loyalties. Legal Conflict of Interest was enhanced and updated in the Zurich release.
• Legal Hold Notification release notes
  The ServiceNow® Legal Hold Notification application helps organizations manage their legal obligation to preserve relevant information when a legal hold is issued. It enables you to create legal hold notifications, add custodian details, and send notices to preserve legal hold-related documents. Legal Hold Notification is a new application in the Zurich release.

  The ServiceNow® Legal Matter Management application enables you to complete legal requests that need cross-departmental tasking and provides a workflow with a mechanism to store supporting documents and track important milestones. Legal Matter Management was enhanced and updated in the Zurich release.
• Legal Request Management release notes
  The ServiceNow® Legal Request Management application provides a unified mechanism for employees to get all the information, services, and help that they need from the legal department and a streamlined, collaborative process for the legal department to quickly resolve these requests. Legal Request Management was enhanced and updated in the Zurich release.
• Legal Virtual Agent Conversations release notes
  The ServiceNow® Legal Virtual Agent Conversations application uses machine-learning algorithms for the predicting Subcategory and Assignment group for legal requests. This application is currently supported for the Zurich release, but it will be deprecated in a future release.
• Now Assist for Legal Service Delivery (LSD) release notes
  The ServiceNow® Now Assist for Legal Service Delivery (LSD) application leverages generative AI capabilities to summarize a legal request or legal matter so that you understand the context, refresh the summary, and post the summary to the work notes. This summary helps you to understand the context faster. Now Assist for Legal Service Delivery (LSD) was enhanced and updated in the Zurich release.
• Predictive intelligence for Legal Service Delivery release notes
  The ServiceNow® Predictive Intelligence for Legal Service Delivery uses machine-learning algorithms for predicting subcategory and assignment groups for legal requests. This application is currently supported for the Zurich release, but it will be deprecated in a future release.
