Enable viewing related documents in a parent record

  • Add the Documents related list to the record to be able to link and view documents related to the record.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to the record, (for example, Incident, Interaction, and so on).
    2. Select the Additional Actions icon (Additional actions icon) and select Configure > Related Lists .
    3. Move Documents from the Available list to the Selected list.
    4. Select Save.
