As a communications manager or a conference call host, mute/unmute all the conference
participants from the workbench.
Before you begin
Role required: notify_view, notify_admin, major_incident_manager, or
communications_managerBefore starting this procedure, ensure there is an active
conference call with one or more participants.
Procedure

Navigate to in the application filters.

Select the incident that you are trying to resolve.

On the incident, click View Workbench

In the Conferences tab, select a conference
