Installing AI Analytics

    • You can install the AI Analytics application (sn_na_analytics) with any of the ServiceNow Otto products if you have the admin role.

    Installation requirements

    You must be on Zurich Patch 0 or later.

    AI Analytics is included as a dependency for all ServiceNow Otto products. It is not recommended to install the application by itself. Instead, you can install ServiceNow Otto products from the AI Admin Hub or directly from the ServiceNow Store. For details, see Install plugins for ServiceNow Otto.

    Compatibility matrix

    AI Analytics has a dependency on AI Admin Hub. Be sure to have the compatible version of the AI Admin Hub console based on the following compatibility matrix.
