Managing AI assets in bulk
Classify large numbers of AI assets automatically instead of moving them to managed one at a time by creating automation rules.
As your organization discovers more AI assets, manually reviewing and moving each one to managed status doesn't scale. Automation rules let you define the conditions that qualify an asset for managed status once, then apply that classification automatically as new assets enter the inventory or existing assets change.
An automation rule queries AI asset or asset usage records for matches against conditions you define, such as asset type, asset state, or usage patterns, and marks every matching asset as managed. You can create up to 10 rules and activate up to 5 at a time, so you can maintain multiple classification strategies without constant manual upkeep.
To set up a new rule, see Create an automation rule. To change which assets an existing rule matches, see Edit an automation rule.
