The Overview tab on an asset record brings together the governance posture, pending action items, key details, and value delivered by that asset on one page.
Key benefits
- See the recommendations, tasks, and unassigned work that apply to this asset, and act on them without leaving the record.
- Spot governance strengths and weaknesses across quality, safety, security, compliance, and risk on the AI governance radar chart.
- Confirm what the asset is and how it's used from its key details.

Depending on the asset's management status and lifecycle stage, you can take actions such as creating a change request, creating an offboarding request, moving the asset to unmanaged, or turning off evaluation.
Viewing items that need attention
See the recommendations, tasks assigned to you, and unassigned tasks that apply to this specific asset, and act on them without leaving the record, in the Needs attention list. Recommendations, tasks assigned to you, and unassigned tasks are organized into Recommendations, Assigned to you, and Unassigned sub-tabs. Confirm that a recommendation is accurate and aligns with your needs before acting on it. Select See all Recommendations in Activity Center to review work that applies to other assets. Reviewing AI governance
Spot at a glance which governance dimensions are strong and which need attention, in the AI governance radar chart. The chart summarizes this asset's governance control posture across five dimensions: Quality, Safety, Security, Compliance, and Risk. Review the callout for context on a recent change, such as a drop in a session's quality score.
Confirming key details
Confirm what this asset is and how it's used, without switching tabs, from the Key details list. The list shows the asset tag, asset type, provider, and use and purpose for this asset. To edit these values or review the asset's full metadata, see Managing AI asset details.
Tracking asset value
Track the productivity, usage, and returns this asset has delivered over a selected period, in the Productivity gains, Total AI actions, and Net AI returns widgets. Each widget shows a headline number, a trend line, a period-over-period comparison, and the exact date range the numbers are summed over.

- The hours and money saved from this asset's usage during the selected period.
- Total AI actions
- The total number of LLM-related actions this asset performed during the selected period.
- Net AI returns
- The net returns this asset delivered after deducting the cost of running it during the selected period.
