    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to System Applications > All Available Applications > All.
    2. Find the Agent Chat plugin using the filter criteria and search bar.
    3. Select Install.
    4. In the Activate Plugin dialog box, select the Load demo data check box, and then select Activate.
