- Workflow Data Fabric Usage Monitoring: Track usage and token consumption rates for Workflow Data Fabric capabilities to better understand and optimize resource utilization.
- Streamlined User-Based Subscription Allocation: Starting with Zurich Patch 11, manual allocation workflows for user-based subscriptions are removed for administrators who have never used them, simplifying management. Administrators with prior manual allocations retain this functionality.
- Improved Now Assist Usage Measurement: Demo data is excluded from usage counts to improve accuracy, and updates to usage measurement logic require Subscription Management version 6.0.2 or later to avoid inconsistent reporting.
- UI Enhancements: The Coral theme is now the default for portals, web, and mobile experiences, providing a fresh, brand-neutral look. A dark theme option is also available for web and mobile users.

- Contact your account executive for details on user-based subscription allocations, as allocation details are now hidden in the overview to prevent inaccuracies when allocations are incomplete.

Important information for upgrading Subscription Management to Zurich

Changed in this release
- Streamlined user-based subscription allocation starting in Zurich Path 11
- To simplify the Subscription Management experience, the manual allocation workflow for user-based subscriptions has been removed for administrators who have never used it. Administrators who have manually allocated user-based subscriptions before can still make manual allocations.
- Assist usage excludes demo data
- Demonstration instances are excluded from the total Assist usage count to improve tracking of Assist consumption.
- Changes to Now Assist usage measurement
- Now Assist usage measurement is evolving. If your instances are below Zurich Patch 6, update Subscription Management to version 6.0.2 or later on all instances to avoid mixed measurement states. For more information, see Now Assist Usage - Overview & New Measurement Logic [KB2704710].
- Hidden user-based subscription allocations
- To help prevent inaccuracy when allocations aren't complete, allocation details for user-based subscriptions are now hidden from the Subscription Management overview. Contact your account executive for user-based subscription allocation details.
Activation information
