    • The ServiceNow® Clone Admin Console application enables you to clone data between instances. Within this console, you can find your existing clone profiles, exclusions, preservers, and scripts. Clone Admin Console was enhanced and updated in the Zurich release.

    Clone Admin Console highlights for the Zurich release

    • Configure the update set preservation up to 12 minutes before the clone executes.

    • Preserve your in-progress update sets, regardless of when the scope was created in the specified time frame.

    Install the Clone Admin Console by requesting it from the ServiceNow Store.
