UI changes
- Coral theme
- Coral is now the default theme for new portal, web, and mobile experiences with Next Experience or Core UI enabled. This theme provides a fresh look and feel, featuring brand-neutral illustrations to enhance your user experience. A dark theme option is available for web and mobile experiences.
- Upload to provider button
- The Upload to provider button was changed to Upload to cloud button within the Connect with external cloud dialog box.
- Sync button
- The Sync button was changed to the Download from Cloud button.
- Upload to cloud button
- The Upload to cloud button has been added for versions.
- External Provider Settings tab
- The External Provider Settings tab was changed to the External Cloud Settings tab.
- Summarize button
- The Summarize button was changed to the Ask Now Assist button.

Activation information
Document Services is a ServiceNow AI Platform feature that is active by default.
