Add a document template to a document list

  • Add a template document to a document list that groups document templates for creating and linking to a parent record.

    Before you begin

    Role required: platform_document_management_admin

    About this task

    Note:
    Only document templates can be linked to a list.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to Documents > Documents > List Entries.
    2. Select New.
    3. On the form, fill in the fields.
      Table 1. List entry fields
      Field Description
      Document Name of the document template.
      Document List Name of the list.
      Description A brief description about the document list entry.
    4. Click Submit.
