  • Track a problem identified with an AI asset, such as a performance or compliance gap, through to resolution with a documented action plan.

An issue tracks a problem identified with an AI asset that needs a resolution or an action plan, such as a gap surfaced during a governance review. Related issues can be grouped under a parent issue so they can be tracked and managed together. For more information about governance records associated with AI systems, see .

    Issue lifecycle

An issue starts in a new state and moves through analysis and response before you close it as complete or incomplete. An AI steward or asset owner creates the issue and assigns it to a user or group to work. The assignee analyzes the issue, documents a recommendation and an action plan, and moves it toward resolution.

    Where issues appear

Issues appear on the Issues sub-tab of the Team, Assigned to you, Unassigned, and Submitted by you tabs in Activity Center, depending on assignment.
