Resolving AI recommendations in Activity Center
Resolve the AI recommendations that AI Control Tower generates when it detects an issue or an opportunity in your AI portfolio, using AI automation, a guided AI conversation, or your own review.
As AI Control Tower continuously evaluates your managed AI assets, it surfaces the issues and opportunities it detects as recommendations, each with a resolution action attached, so you don't have to search for the work that matters most. Unlike a lifecycle task, a case, or the other governance work types described in Managing AI tasks and approvals in Activity Center, a recommendation isn't assigned to you through ownership of an asset. Instead, a recommendation is created when AI Control Tower detects something worth your attention, which you can resolve yourself or with AI. For more information about what recommendations are, how they're prioritized, and the related concept of AI insights, see Recommendations and AI insights.
Where you resolve recommendations
Recommendations surface on the Home page and on individual asset records so you don't miss the highest-priority items, but you resolve them from the Recommendations page in Activity Center, alongside the Work page described in Managing AI tasks and approvals in Activity Center.
Resolving a recommendation
Every recommendation offers a primary resolution action: an unsupervised agent can run the fix for you, a supervised agent can walk you through it in a guided conversation, or AI Control Tower can redirect you to resolve the issue yourself in the part of the product where it lives. You can also mark a recommendation complete without running its primary action, if you've already addressed the issue another way. For the full procedure, see Resolve an AI recommendation.
