Plugins for Conversational Integration with Google chat
Activate the Glide Virtual Agent [com.glide.cs.chatbot] plugin and the Conversational Integration with Google chat [sn_va_google-chat] plugin.
You must have either the virtual_agent_admin or admin role and the external_app_install_admin role to activate these additional plugins. For details, see Activate a plugin.
Remarque :
Ensure that you have performed the following steps before verifying the activation of additional plugins required for Google chat.
- Installing of the Glide Virtual Agent [com.glide.cs.chatbot] plugin.

- Downloading the Google chat app from the ServiceNow® Store.
