Configuring Enterprise Asset Management by system administrators

The system administrator role installs and sets up the Enterprise Asset Management application.

The System administrator role also has the capability to install the Enterprise Asset Management for Healthcare application and the OT Asset Management application.

• Install Enterprise Asset Management
  Request the Enterprise Asset Management application from the ServiceNow® Store so that you can track and manage your enterprise assets.
• Install Enterprise Asset Management for healthcare
  You can install the Enterprise Asset Management for Healthcare application (com.sn_eamhc) if you have the admin role. The application includes demo data and installs related ServiceNow® Store applications and plugins if they are not already installed.
• Install OT Asset Management
  You can install the OT Asset Management application (com.sn_otam) if you have the admin role. The application includes demo data and installs related ServiceNow® Store applications and plugins if they aren’t already installed.
