    • The following is a list of the statuses for DocIntel document tasks. These statuses apply to tasks for both document classification and data extraction.

    Important:
    Starting with the Zurich release, Document Intelligence is being prepared for future deprecation. It will be hidden and no longer activated on new instances but will continue to be supported. For details, see the Deprecation Process article [KB0867184] in the Now Support Knowledge Base. Instead, you can extract information from documents using the Now Assist in Document Intelligence application. For more information, see Now Assist in Document Intelligence.
    Table 1. Statuses for document tasks
    Status Description
    Setup

    The task has been created and is getting prepared for processing.
    New

    The task has been initiated by an admin or by a user who has selected Process Task. The documents for the task are being processed and the fields aren’t yet populated.
    In Progress

    The documents for the task are processed. The fields are populated through auto-fill or by a user, who reviews and updates the predictions generated by the AI as needed.
    Done

    The task is completed after having been automatically processed in Fully Automated mode or after a user has reviewed the fields and selected Submit.
    Failed

    The task encountered an error during its processing and failed to process.
