    • Enable Now Assist Agent skills in Virtual Agent on Mobile to leverage the power of generative AI.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Conversational Interfaces > Settings.
    2. Select the Assistants tab.
    3. Open the Now Assist in Virtual Agent (default) record or a custom assistant record.
    4. Select Display Experience from the sidebar.
    5. Open the Mobile drop-down.
    6. Select Mobile Agent App and choose Chat widget experience.
