Enable dark theme

  • Use a dark theme on the Mobile Agent and Now Mobile apps to improve focus and readability, and accessibility.

    Role required: none

    Procedure

    1. Log in to a ServiceNow mobile app.
    2. On the navigation bar, tap the Settings button.
    3. In the Settings page, tap Preferences
    4. In the Preferences page, tap Theme.
    5. Tap Dark to enable dark mode or Default to use the instance default theme.
      Note:
      If you don't see the theme settings, ensure that your mobile app is upgraded to version 16.0 or later.
