Displaying KPI Details for the mobile dashboard

    • Use KPI Details charts to help identify trends and turning points through indicator scores and visual representation. These charts are used when reporting on KPIs and metrics.

    The mobile platform supports the KPI Details latest score, which shows a single indicator score and the change in that score compared to a previous period. For example, you can configure the data visualization to show the number and percentage difference of high priority incidents over a time period.

    Score - latest score KPI Details
    Latest score KPI Details show a single indicator score and the change in that score compared to a previous period. The latest score KPI Details in the launcher screen displays the single score value, the time of the change, and the compare-to date.

    Tap the latest score KPI Details to display a detailed chart. Alternatively, you can navigate to a chart screen via a navigation button. To magnify or contract the chart view, spread or pinch your fingers on the screen. You can also configure indicator targets to highlight on a chart the goals you want to achieve.

    Note:
    The ability to magnify charts is available for the Android operating system.

    • Style configuration: Change color
