Now Assist AI Search on Mobile

  • Use Now Assist Search on Mobile to provide actionable AI-generated or AI-selected answers to user searches. You can see citations for the sources that were used by Now Assist and navigate to them from the generated answer.

    Now Assist in AI Search can be configured to generate answers from sources such as Catalogs, Microsoft SharePoint, and Knowledge articles.

    To give feedback on the answers provided by Now Assist, you can select either the thumbs up or thumbs down icons in the generated response to mark the information as helpful or unhelpful respectively.

    Note:
    To activate Now Assist AI Search, the search card templates must be added by the administrator for your ServiceNow product. For example, Employee Service Management or Field Service Management.
