    The Now Assist summarize record skill allows you to use generative AI to create a condensed summary of a chosen work order task. You can either open Now Assist from within a record and select the Summarize Record option, or open Now Assist from the Home Screen and type “Summarize” to choose which work order task should be summarized.

    The resolution notes generation skill generates a condensed version of an incident’s resolution notes using Now Assist. Agents can then edit the resolution notes before submitting them and saving them to the work order record.
