    About this task

    The Business Location plugin (com.snc.business_location) enables support for businesses that interact with customers through physical channels such as stores, branches, franchises, and dealerships. Activating the Business Location plugin (com.snc.business_location) automatically activates the Service Organization plugin (com.snc.service_organization). It enables support for internal and external entities in your customer service structure, such as branches, stores, franchises, and dealerships.
    Note:
    Starting with the Yokohama release, activating the Business Location (com.snc.business_location) plugin automatically activates the Case types (com.snc.csm_case_types) plugin.

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > System Definition > Plugins.
    2. Search for the Business Location plugin (com.snc.business_location).
    3. Click Activate.
