Associate sold products with account consumers

  • Enable customer service managers to track sold products or services by associating sold products or services with account consumers.

    Before you begin

    Role required: sn_customerservice_manager

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > Customer Service > Products > Sold Products.
    2. Select a product that doesn't have a consumer associated with it.
    3. Either add an existing consumer or a new one.

      Add an existing consumer
      1. In the Consumer field, click the Lookup using list icon (Lookup using list icon).
      2. Select a consumer from the list.
      Add a new consumer
      1. In the Consumer field, click the Lookup using list icon (Lookup using list icon).
      2. Click New.
      3. On the Consumer form, fill in the fields.
      4. Click Submit.
    4. Click Update.

    Result

    The product is associated with the consumer.
