    • Install the Universal Request for Source-to-Pay Operations [sn_fsc_ur_common] plugin to enable the Universal Request in Sourcing and Procurement Operations.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. Navigate to All > System Applications > All Available Applications > All.
    2. Search for the plugin by name or ID using the filter criteria and search bar.
      If the plugin doesn't appear in the results, contact ServiceNow support to request access.
    3. Select Install.
      Note:
      If domain separation and delegated admin are enabled, the admin user must be in the global domain before installing. If not, the following error appears: Application installation is unavailable because another operation is running: Plugin Activation for Universal Request for Source-to-Pay Operations.

    Result
