Create supplier tasks for the action plan

Create supplier tasks for the affected KPIs in the action plan.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_kpi.admin

Procedure

1. Navigate to the Action plan items tab of the action plan.
2. Select Create.
   The Crate new action plan item dialog box is displayed.
3. Select Supplier task.
4. Select the user who will be assigned this task.
5. Select the action type required to close the task:
   • Mark complete
   • Play video
   • Upload documents
   • View link
6. Select Create.
7. In the form, fill in the required fields.

   Field	Description
   Supplier	Name of the supplier
   Priority	Priority of the supplier task to complete the action plan
   Assigned to	User to whom the milestone tracking is assigned
   Due date	Target date for the milestone
   Opened by	User who created the supplier task
   Short description	Brief description of the milestone
   Summary details
   Supplier case	The case to which the task is related
   Expected start	Expected start date of the supplier task
   Actual start	Actual start date of the supplier task
   Actual end	Actual end date of the supplier task
   Related task	Tasks related to this supplier task
   Related KPIs	KPIs related to this supplier task
   Related location	Location in which this supplier task is to be performed

8. Select Save to create and save the new supplier task.

Result

The supplier tasks are visible to the supplier in the portal view.
