Exploring AI Analytics
Learn how AI Analytics enables users with the AI Analytics Viewer or AI Analytics Admin role to monitor the usage, adoption, and performance of generative AI features and capabilities.
AI Analytics overview
The AI Analytics dashboard is built on the Platform Analytics experience. The dashboard contains indicators and breakdowns that provide actionable insights into the usage, adoption, and performance of your AI assets, including AI Guardian, ServiceNow Otto context menu, and AI search. AI skills and features are activated and managed in AI Admin Hub.
Note:
The Value Insights dashboard page is no longer available in AI Analytics. For AI value insights, use the Value tab in AI Control Tower. See Value tab in AI Control Tower.
AI Analytics users
