Activate the Knowledge Center Article Optimization skill to enable use of article optimization features for generating knowledge articles in the Knowledge Center.
Before you begin
Role required: admin
Procedure
- Navigate to .
- Select the list view and locate your new skill in the location specified during the setup (Platform > Knowledge > Skill Name).
- Select Activate Skill on the skill card.
Result
The Article Optimization skill is activated.
