The Australia release enhances security for read-only fields in the ServiceNow AI Platform® by introducing a new “readonlyoption” field with granular control levels, such as “strictreadonly” and “clientscriptmodifiable”, ensuring stronger instance security while maintaining flexibility.
Default flow reporting levels on production instances are restricted to basic reporting, but individual flows can still be set to full reporting as needed.

The changes occur in the back end and maintain backward‑compatible behavior. This update helps strengthen your instance security while preserving the flexibility you need. The Australia release restricts the default flow reporting level available on production instances to the basic reporting level.
