- Configure mandatory exit criteria per opportunity stage to enforce process compliance and prevent stage advancement until required actions are complete.
- Guide sellers with stage-contextual playbook activities, progress indicators, and inline compact playbook views all without leaving the opportunity Overview tab.
- Consolidate all deal-related tasks, meetings, touchpoints, and stage guidance into a single Action Center panel that updates in real time.
- Display quote tasks for the primary quote as cards in the opportunity Action Center, with the same mark complete and add notes actions as other tasks.
- Guide agents with contextual empty states to create a task when no actions are pending.
- Mandatory reason fields on closed opportunities
- Enforce completion of the win or loss reason fields before agents move an opportunity to the Closed Won or Closed Lost stage. Admins enable this enforcement for each outcome using system properties.
