Add members to the group

Ensure accurate assignment of members to their respective groups to streamline account requests, approvals, provisioning, and certification. Grant necessary permissions through proper group assignment to prevent unauthorized access and maintain security.

Prozedur

1. Navigate to All > Users and Groups > Groups.
2. Search for *ITOM in the search field.
3. Assign a member to each ITOM group by selecting an entry.
   To know more about ITOM Cloud Account Management user roles, see Components installed with Cloud Account Management.
4. Under the Roles section, select Edit.
5. Search the user and move to the group members list.
6. Select Save.
