  • This Workflow Data Fabric agent formats and refines output from the Invoke ERP Action process. It helps to ensure that the data is presented in a structured and meaningful way.

    Workflow

    1. Evaluate the ERP action output. If it's empty, immediately return "No records found for given inputs from the model" and stop.
    2. If records exist, send the output to the response formatter tool.
    3. Display the formatted response, adding a note if there are more than 10 records. If field mapping failed entirely, return a fallback message alongside the original raw data instead.
    4. Apply safe, obvious conversions (for example, numeric strings to numbers) while preserving the original raw data untouched.
    5. Skip fields/paths that can't be resolved rather than filling them with nulls, and preserve structural validity even with nested or inconsistent data shapes.
