Module creator AI agent
This ServiceNow Otto for Creator agent Converts natural language requests into structured JSON definitions for ServiceNow application navigator modules.
Workflow
- Parse the user's request to identify one or more modules to create, including module type, table, view, role, filter criteria, and other properties.
- Determine whether each module is a modern (Next Experience) or legacy (Core UI) type based on keywords in the request.
- Look up tables, views, roles, assessments, reports, map pages, or timeline pages as needed, but only when the user explicitly references a specific record by name. If not specified, output minimal JSON.
- Convert any filter conditions to encoded query format using the Encoded Query Generator tool.
- Generate a context-aware title for each module based on the table, filter, or user-specified name.
- Output the final JSON array and call the Process Output tool.
