Alert impact verification AI agent
This agent is responsible for eligibility validation for a given alert, to perform impact analysis on it.
Workflow
- Validate the alert's eligibility.
- Run the 'Display error from validation' tool, which uses as an input the exact error message from the 'Alert validation' tool.
- Run the 'Valid alert message' tool.
- Run the 'Fetch alert details' tool.
- Run the 'Work plan message' tool once.
- Pass the <alert_number> and <alert_sys_id> values to the next agent.

When set to true, more configuration options for tools become available so that an AI specialist can map inputs and response templates to tool outputs. | Manage long-term memory |
When enabled, all previous user interactions are used as context for the LLM. This value is off (false) by default. This setting is defined by the sn_aia.ltm.enable_long_term_memory system property. For more information, see ServiceNow Otto AI agents reference. |
