    From the Software Asset Workspace, access the Microsoft publisher overview by navigating to License usage > Publishers and then selecting Microsoft from the list of available software publishers.

    Results are updated whenever a new reconciliation result is available.

    • Unlicensed installs: Total number of unlicensed Microsoft software installations. Select the number to view the complete list of unlicensed Microsoft software installations.
    • Installs requiring action: Total number of Microsoft software installations that you must take action on. Select the number to view the complete list of these Microsoft software installations.
    • Unlicensed subscriptions: Total number of unlicensed Microsoft subscriptions. Select the number to view the complete list of unlicensed Microsoft subscriptions.
    • Unlicensed client access: Total number of unlicensed Microsoft client access records. Select the number to view the complete list of unlicensed Microsoft client access records.
    Progress indicators Summary of your license compliance progress.
    This summary includes the following indicators:
    • Ignored installs: Total number of Microsoft software installations that were ignored during reclamation. Select the number to view the complete list of ignored Microsoft software installations.
