Known for building high-trust cultures, he is a recognised voice on the role of ethics in high-growth organisations.

Prior to joining ServiceNow in December 2025, Bill served as Chief Compliance Officer at Juniper Networks, where he led a multi-year transformation of the company's ethics and compliance programme. Earlier, he held leadership roles in compliance and investigations at Hewlett-Packard.
