Josh Kahn leads the Core Business Workflows business at ServiceNow, overseeing products that use AI to transform HR, Finance, Legal, Facilities and Supply Chain organisations – all on a single platform. Since joining in 2016, he led the development and growth of Creator Workflows into the company's second $1B+ workflow.

Before ServiceNow, Josh held leadership positions at top enterprise and services firms, including EMC, Veritas/Symantec, Netscape Communications and Accenture. As Senior Vice President of Global Solutions at EMC (later acquired by Dell), he specialised in hybrid cloud and cloud-native application platforms. Prior to that, he managed product portfolios at Veritas (acquired by Symantec), Netscape Communications and several startups.

Josh started his career at Andersen Consulting, developing custom business applications.
