Steve Zirkel is SVP, Global CRM Sales at ServiceNow, where he leads the global sales organisation responsible for bringing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to market in a more connected, scalable and outcome-driven way. He oversees end-to-end execution across pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and customer expansion, uniting CRM and commercial sales motions to help organisations eliminate disconnected customer experiences and unlock transformational growth through the ServiceNow AI Platform.

Since joining ServiceNow, Steve has been instrumental in establishing the company as a CRM leader. As Global VP of Customer Workflow and a senior leader in Solution Sales, he helped scale the CRM business tenfold in just six years, partnering closely with product and sales teams to drive innovation and adoption across industries.

Before ServiceNow, Steve spent eight years at Salesforce, where he held progressively senior roles and helped grow Service Cloud from $500M to $2.5B. Earlier in his career, he helped create and lead a new category within CRM, scaling a startup into a market leader that was later acquired by Nuance and ultimately Microsoft.
