Tom Hannigan is Head of Global Sales GTM at ServiceNow. In this role, he leads the global sales strategy by aligning teams, segments, and sales motions to scale growth and deliver consistent, high-impact customer outcomes through the ServiceNow AI Platform.

A lifelong sales practitioner and leader, Tom is leveraging his expertise to bring the full strength of our go-to-market engine to the field. He oversees our Marquee and global accounts portfolio, solution strategy, industry engagement, customer value and our most complex opportunities—ensuring sellers have the insights, tools and partnership they need to win.

Since joining ServiceNow in 2014, Tom has helped shape the company's rise to one of the most respected enterprise software brands in the world. He most recently served as President of the Americas, ServiceNow's largest region, where he led the team through a two-year period of record growth. Over the past decade, Tom has held a range of senior sales leadership roles across our enterprise and commercial markets, and has consistently built high-performing, high-trust teams that deliver.

He began his career in inside sales and spent more than two decades at EMC before joining ServiceNow. A proud Boston native and girl dad, Tom is most at home when he's with his family—whether it's cheering on the Patriots, sneaking in a round of golf or spending time on Cape Cod with his wife and daughters.
