Voiced Perspectives Listen to insights from over 17,000 consumers in EMEA 70% Of consumers expect humans to perceive their emotions. But only 42% think AI chatbots can do the same. 59% Of consumers think AI bots cannot grasp emotional cues. But only 27% associate this flaw with human agents. 44% Of consumers (55+) believe AI will never understand emotions. Only 15% of 18 to 34 year-olds share this belief. 47% Of 18 to 34 year-olds say they will be open to using AI to close a loved one's bank account in the next three years, compared to 22% of those aged 55+.
