After creating a user group segment, review and edit users before you create cases.

Before you begin

Role required: sn_hr_core_admin

Procedure

  1. Navigate to All > HR Case Management > Agent Workspace for HR Case Management.
  2. Select the Lists icon (HR Workspace Lists icon).
  3. Select the Bulk case requests tab.
  4. Select the bulk case request.
  5. Select the User segments group tab.
  6. Select the user segment group.
  7. Select the User segments tab.
  8. Review the list of users that meet the criteria.
    The case creation statuses are:
    • Included: The user matches the filter criteria and a case will be created for the user.
    • Excluded: The user does not match the criteria and a case will not be created.
    • Duplicate: The user is listed multiple times.

    1. In the Status column for the user whose status you want to change, select the Status value.
    2. Select the new status.
    3. Select Save.
