    • Create a custom flow action in Workflow Studio for enabling external routing.

    Before you begin

    Role required: admin

    Procedure

    1. On your ServiceNow instance, navigate to All > Flow Designer > Actions.
    2. From the Actions list, open AWA Post External Routing Events – Demo.
    3. Select Copy action from the More Actions menu More actions menu., copy the contents of the AWA Post External Routing Events – Demo action and provide a name to it.
    4. Select Publish.
