  • Use the Spokes indicators to view details such as spoke usage, spoke actions, and subflows for the selected spoke.

    In Virtual Agent, conversations contain topics, topics contain spokes, and spokes contain spoke actions or subflows. The Spokes indicators show which spokes, actions, and subflows were used and how often.

    Spokes tab

    The Spokes tab contains the following indicators.
    • Spoke Usage—Spoke Usage indicator shows the number of times the selected spoke was executed in the date range.
    • Actions—Actions indicator shows which actions were executed for the selected spoke, which.
    • Subflows—Subflows indicator shows which subflows were executed for the selected spoke.
    • Topics—Topics indicator shows which topics executed the selected spoke. The horizontal axis shows the topics that triggered the spoke. The vertical axis shows the number of times the spoke was triggered in a topic.
